What sectors and roles does Find Recruitment recruit for?
We recruit across IT and digital, data and business intelligence, programme, project and change, accounting and finance, and corporate and business support. That covers everything from developers, engineers, architects and analysts through to project managers, change leads, financial accountants, CFOs and executive assistants.
Where in New Zealand do you operate?
We have offices in Auckland (Level 1, 87 Albert Street) and Wellington (Level 6, 11 Chews Lane), consultants based in Christchurch, and we recruit nationwide. We also run international search when a role needs candidates from offshore.
Do you place permanent staff, contractors, or both?
Both. We recruit permanent, contract and fixed-term roles. Permanent hires are a full search, screen and shortlist process. For contract we draw on structured pools of pre-screened contractors so we can move quickly on project, cover and surge work. We do not do casual temp staffing.
How does your recruitment process work?
It starts with a conversation about the role, the team and what success looks like. We then search our networks and pre-screened pools, interview and reference candidates ourselves, and send you a shortlist of people who genuinely fit rather than a long list of CVs. We coordinate interviews, handle offer negotiation, and stay in touch after the person starts.
How quickly can you deliver a shortlist?
For most contract roles we can present pre-screened candidates within a few days. Permanent searches typically take one to two weeks to shortlist, depending on the seniority and scarcity of the skill set.
