A huge shout out goes out to Sif Arnardottir for representing FIND at the Gender At Work Community panel lunch. Sif never fails in championing FINDs values, especially when it comes to equal rights for all genders.
Sif talked about various policies we've implemented across the past year as well as how businesses can support women experiencing the menopausal transition, and it was great to see other kiwi businesses on the journey as well.
