Gender at Work Community Networking and Information Session

Thursday, November 24, 2022

Today was an exceptional day to meet with the Gender At Work Community in Tamaki Makaurau for an end of year networking and information session!

Today, Susanna and Bryan from our team at the Auckland office took part in meeting with other exceptional businesses from our community to hear about the Mind The Gap project from Dellwyn Stuart and other industry leaders.

Mind the gap provides information on businesses that have voluntarily reported their pay gaps. The goal of the registry is to encourage businesses to close their pay gaps to create a more even distribution of wealth between different demographic groups, fostering greater equity and inclusivity in the workforce. Businesses can get involved by reporting their pay gaps on the registry website.

We're proud to be committing to the Gender Pledge, and we encourage other businesses to get involved too. We love supporting and getting involved with the work done by the exceptional team at the Gender Pledge and we look forward to future evens.
