We are extremely proud and humbled to have won awards in two categories at the 2023 inaugural Southern Cross Wayfinder awards!
We placed second in the New Horizon category, an award dedicated to businesses that showcase an innovative wellbeing support programme that has made a tangible difference within the business. We received this award based on our generous internal wellbeing policies, including things like a quarterly wellness package for our staff towards wellness facilities or care, access to free EAP services, paid birthdays off as well as a quarterly 'Find Days' (a paid day off for any reason), plus our menopause and menstrual policies to name just a few!
We also managed to land 3rd place in the Small Business of the Year category, for small businesses of 100 people or less that demonstrate commitment to the health and wellbeing of their people.
We are very grateful to be the only business to be nominated in two categories and managed to take home an award for both.
We feel extremely proud and privileged to have our efforts recognised by Southern Cross and will continue to take strides in making a meaningful difference for years to come!
