We were extremely humbled to be nominated for the Outstanding Progress in Diversity, Equity & Inclusivity award at the 2023 SEEK SARAs, and were delighted to receive second place in the category. In a year of ups and downs, and with the SARAs receiving their highest volume of nominations ever, we're very proud of this achievement.
When it comes to Diversity, Equity & Inclusivity, we're immensely proud of the work we have achieved in this space. We have rolled out an industry leading Menopause and Andropause policy, have implemented a policy for individuals who menstruate, providing emergency period kits and supplies in every female bathroom and work closely with our partners at the GenderPledge and PridePledge to be at the forefront of innovation.
