Last week, we joined the Gender At Work Community for their final event of 2023 before the Christmas Break.
Along side many other amazing kiwi businesses making strides in their diversity, equity and inclusivity programmes, we gathered in the Generator for one last drink and meal to round out the year.
The Gender At Work Community has been a great partnership we've been super proud to work with and achieved many amazing workplace initiatives and changes with them. This year we implemented period kits in our bathrooms, provided policies supporting individuals experiencing Menopause and Andropause, a policy to support gender-transitioning at work, a new parental leave policy and much more.
