Our Recruitment Consultant, Suze Dyson from Auckland IT & Digital, chatted to her client to get their insight into how her service and support of their needs helped their business grow and thrive. We’ve had a fantastic year with this client placing over 20 IT professionals since April 2024. The key for us was really understanding what they needed. We sat down with their Tech Lead to get a better understanding of their technology stack and upcoming projects, and figured out exactly what kind of people they were looking for.
