Find Recruitment will design and build a digitised online TSO process that reduces admin and enhances efficiency by reducing manual entry, minimising error, streamlining talent acquisition processes, and boosting productivity and compliance.

We propose co-designing a revised TSO Solution with Te Whatu Ora. This could be an enhanced manual process should you prefer, however we feel an online, secure digital TSO Solution could be the best all round solution to achieve increased efficient and agility.

We propose designing and building an online digital TSO form within our existing product (SecureSign) that allows the validation and signing of a TSO engagement.

We use a similar digital solution with our Government Client ESR and can illustrate how this currently works and the efficiencies we have both gained. We feel the proposed digital TSO Solution we are proposing will save at least 50% of time spent approving manual TSO’s when compared to the existing TSO process.

The design and build of this digital TSO Process (such as the development of the template with SecureSign) will be completed by Find Recruitment.
