Te Whatu Ora Track record & Geographical reach:

Find Recruitment have a physical presence in Wellington, Auckland, Christchurch and Tauranga. We currently service regional New Zealand from these locations and can confirm that since 2008, we have sourced and placed talent in every geographic region where a Te Whatu Ora regional division exists. We have placed candidates in – Kaitaia, Whangarei, Tauranga, Auckland, Hamilton, Rotorua, Gisborne, Hastings, Palmerston North, New Plymouth, Wellington, Hutt Valley, Masterton, Nelson, Blenheim, Christchurch, Westport, Dunedin and Invercargill.

Data Driven approach to Talent Pools & Candidate tracking:

Our data driven approach to candidate tracking and availability means we can identify talent across the motu and in the regions with accuracy and speed. We have invested heavily in our talent pools which are market relevant, aligned and segmented by geographical region. Our talent pool management and candidate data, together with our team-based account management approach allows us to meet scaled up demands, quickly delivering to tight timeframes. We have thousands of candidate interactions each week across our group allowing us to draw evidence-based reporting on candidate movements and intelligence. Our dedicated in-house candidate managers and talent trackers share and report on talent movements by way of availability reporting to consulting teams.

Such reporting includes Candidate Availability forward mapped 12 months, segmented by metrics such as job type, permanent, contract, location etc. Our talent pools are market relevant (spanning 100+ IT & Corporate job types with over 100,000 candidates in our wider database). We can respond in minutes to our client vacancy requests and requirements with qualified and relevant candidates.

Our Agile team-based recruitment model and sharing culture sets us apart from our competition as we are able to identify talent nationwide, wherever the best candidate happens to reside for the role. For example, should we receive a Te Whatu Ora role requirement, we immediately use our internal communication channels (such as MS Teams) and CRM to broadcast role requirements to our whole organisation.

Capacity to support Te Whatu Ora

We have the capacity and capability to manage 400 active roles at any one time. Our systemised and digitally integrated back office utilises best-of-breed tools allowing us to background check over 200 candidates weekly and payroll up to 500 contractors, with further scalability. We have capacity to manage volume throughout our organisation and to support regional recruitment.

Furthermore our Business Continuity Plan (BCP) ensures readiness for any disaster scenarios anda continuity of service for Te Whatu Ora. Our robust, secure infrastructure mitigates risk for Te Whatu Ora and our candidates. All Find Recruitment employees receive frequent cyber security training through our IT Services provider. We hold appropriate insurance levels for business and cyber cover.

Track record of delivery

To date, we have made over 8000 placements since 2008. This is further broken down by roughly 4000 IT roles (being 66% Contract, and 34% Permanent) and 4000 Corporate roles (being 45% Contract, 55% Permanent).
