Our client, a large NZ organisation focused on protecting our health and communities through science are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join their small and collaborative Support Team based in Sandringham, Auckland.
This role will see you working with a range of people across the business including technicians and scientists. You will be the first point of contact to assist with a variety of issues that may arise. These can include administration rights to end users, installing applications for the laboratories, label and printing machine repairs and replacements, meeting room equipment setups and answering simple operating system queries.
