Your role will be the in-house representative who keeps the staff happy! You will liaise with internal customers in relation to payroll queries and answer any questions in a professional and timely way. With your proven payroll experience and your ability to juggle multiple tasks at once this will be the opportunity you have been waiting for to own your own payroll whilst working alongside the external provider.
Your responsibilities will include reconciling the payroll clearing on a monthly basis as well as providing all payroll changes for processing. You will review all employee and payroll information and ensure that it is accurate and will be responsible for the end to end support process on a sole charge basis.
Ideally you will have:
- Good sound knowledge of NZ payroll legalisation and the holidays act
- At least 3-5 years payroll experience
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to hit the ground running
- An enthusiastic attitude and eager to support the business
