As part of the finance team, you will use your skills and experience to ensure they can focus on delivering a high quality standard of care to their customers. Your role will be to provide internal and external financial reporting and statutory compliance for the properties owned by the group, and be responsible for the property valuation odel.
As a Chartered Accountant with a robust understanding of IFRS you will have strong technical financial accounting experience. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to interpret relevant legislation, regulations and financial reporting requirements. Your excellent organisational and time management skills ensure you will keep up in this busy, fast-paced team. Advanced Excel skills are also desirable.
