YOUR NEW ROLE:
This position is responsible for converting inbound and outbound enquiries into clients, whilst supporting customers to improve the retention of key accounts. To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for gaining a deeper understanding of your product, therefore this role is suited to candidates who are quick to learn how to navigate new systems.
- Take new customer queries via inbound calls, emails, online chatbot service
- Make outbound calls to chase leads from various channels
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact to closing the deal
- Cross-sell new products into the existing customer base through outbound calling and Zoom demonstrations
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
The successful applicant may have previously worked in customer service and/or sales environment. Above all else, if you thrive in a fast-paced work environment and are determined to chase leads, exceed targets and be an all-round ‘high-achiever’, we want to hear from you. We are also very keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate the ability to quickly gain a deep understanding of new software.
