Our client is a long established and widely respected supplier to the Financial Services sector.  They are known for their positive culture, values and innovations focused on putting staff and their customers first.  You will operate across a group of NZ companies with a focus on countrywide delivery. 

The Role:

As the Risk Manager for this organisation, you will manage the Risk portfolio.  Working across predominantly 2nd line duties, you will use and tweak a Risk framework, create and executive governance plans and have some assurance responsibilities.  Where required your will also be responsible risk appetite reviews, sub-comity reporting along with building a risk culture.  As part of a team of 4 your will report to a Head of Risk and Compliance.

Requirements:

To be a successful applicant for this role you will need experience in a Risk Management position within the Financial Services or similar sector(s).  In addition, you will need to demonstrate commercial awareness and the ability to present, persuade and negotiate.
