Part-Time Facilities Contract Role
An exciting opportunity for a confident and driven facilites professional to support the day-to-day running of a siesmic upgrade project for a large retail property.
This contract would suit someone with exceptional communication skills and a background in Facilities Management. Our ideal candidate will have an adaptable nature and the ability to build rapport with people at all levels of the business. This is a part-time role for 20 hours per week.
Reporting to the property manager, you will ensure that all communications and sub-contractor activity are carefully managed. You will also ensure that noise and disruption to tenants is kept to a minimum and where possible business activities continue as normal.
