The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience as a receptionist and have excellent customer service skills. It is key that you have the ability to multitask & prioritise, as you will be juggling a number of different things in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- The first point of contact
- Dealing with inbound phone calls, emails and website enquiries
- EA to Directors, CEO and COO
- Arranging flights and accommodation
- Liaising with Service contractors & service people
