Our client is a key player in the Auckland Financial sector who are looking for a leader to run their Operations and Product function for their Global Markets specialism. You will be part of a growing business in world class offices with a supportive culture.
Your new role:
In this role, you will be responsible for multiple change projects with an operational, technology and risk perspective. Products will span global markets which include derivatives, foreign exchange and swaps.
Managing a highly experienced and self-directed team of 3, you will ensure both day-to-day operations and business changes are fit for purpose and making a practical/functional difference.

To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate an understanding of Global Markets and associated operations. In additional you will have Risk, Compliance and Product Management expertise. You will also need to demonstrate the ability to bring disparate business units together in the quest for improvement.
