This well-known New Zealand organisation require a, high calibre Payroll administrator to join their caring supportive team who are passionate about what they do.
The ideal candidate will be a Payroll professional with a minimum of 1 years’ experience, who can deliver an accurate and reliable end to end service to allow employees to receive their pay on time and without error. Working with a sizeable function, in-house – you will be someone who understands best practice process and risk management. This is an opportunity that will have you being responsible for producing employee pay, managing requests and enquires, maintaining employee information and annual leave and completing month end processes.
You will ideally possess:
• Experience in a Payroll position
• Experience with in-house payroll solutions
• Strong process and systems knowledge
• Superb communication skills and a warm, friendly personality
• A proactive approach to problem solving
