YOUR NEW ROLE:
In this position you will be the central point of contact on a day-to-day basis for all customer, the focus for you will be to deliver high-class customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. To be successful in this role you will need a passion for customer service and have the ability to work in a fast pass environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contact person for customers over Phone/Emails.
- Produce Reports/Notes on customer communications.
- Knowing the product to be able to provide educational feedback
- Contributing to projects or areas of expertise
- Data entry and maintenance
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
The successful candidate will have previous experience in customer service, with outstanding attention to detail and great written and verbal skills. Having the ability to remain focused in a fast paced environment is a must, this means being able to think fast on your feet will be a massive advantage.
