Our large agriculture client is looking for a Customer Service team leader to manage a remote team of 3 x Customer Service representatives on a 1 year contract. The role will be responsible for managing, mentoring and training the team, setting KPI’s and regular one on one meetings.
We are looking for someone who has experience managing Customer Service teams and remote experience would be advantageous. Detail focused, decisive and strong communication skills are essential but also someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves and help the team in busy times.
