Our 100% independently NZ owned Financial Services client is looking for a Commercial and Property Coordinator.  This role will be responsible for working with the Head of Commercial and Property and the Procurement manager ensuring all documentation and systems control for the Property function are kept current and up to date.  It will also be responsible for property analytic’s and performance.  This role will also work with the Procurement function managing record keeping and reporting on contract management performance for the business.  

Responsibilities include: 

  • Responsible for maintaining property systems and legal documentation register 
  • Responsible for recording and reporting property analytic’s
  • Reporting of risk register including H&S
  • Updating and reviewing SLA’s 
  • Managing the property access system 
  • Assisting with reviewing Contractor Management plans
  • Provide contract performance delivery and reports 

We are looking for someone who has ideally worked in a similar role within Property or Contracts Management.  Knowledge of property management, building compliance and H&S requirements would be hugely desirable.  This role requires someone that is able to work autonomously and well under pressure with the ability to create strong systems and processes.  There are a lot of exciting projects to work on and you will work for an organisation with strong corporate values and a team that work and encourage each other.
