One of New Zealand’s largest and most recognised organisations within the financial space are seeking a Change Manager on a 12-month term. Charged with supporting the Program Manger with relevant business change activity, payments experience would bode well for the successful candidate. There is a significant upcoming change piece for both staff and customers which will include the implementation of new and changed processes, an educational piece to change customer transaction behaviours and some staff training and communications.
You will be a very experienced Change Manager and capable of providing Change Plans, cost estimates and business impact assessments. You will have strong stakeholder engagement and bring best practice change management to the project with preference for a Prosci-based approach.
