Your new role:
You will be responsible for driving application value through being the interface between teams – including responsibilities for Enter prise Asset Management Systems, Finance Systems and General business Systems. Experience across these areas of enterprise systems is a major plus as you will be supporting the configuration and embedding, maintenance of new core business applications through the phases of strategies, architect, select, deploy, operate, evolve and retire. Specific responsibility for leading complex functional/process analysis and building or configuring, maintaining or enhancing, and eventually decommissioning applications and web portals through their life-cycle.
Business Analysis and Systems Analysis Experience.
Application support and development (Current State – Future State – Change, Upgrade, Migrate) experience is essential.
Microsoft application support and administration preferred.
Experience with Click Software (Field Service Management) and “Infor” A major plus
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Strong analytic skills.
Utility background ideal but not essential.
Has a fun persona and a can do attitude.
Agile experience required!
