Currently seeking an Assistant Manager for the Advisory part of the team. Your role would include managing a portfolio of privately owned clients, government departments and charities ensuring compliance needs are met but mainly advising clients on growing their business, strengthening their business or transitioning their business. Day to day duties will include:
- Preparing a wide range of financial and tax requirements of varying complexity
- Independently analysing and contributing to the resolution of complex accounting issues
- Mentoring and coaching the team around you to develop others
- Building and maintaining long-standing client relationships
To be successful in this role you will be a Chartered Accountant ANZ, or equivalent, with extensive experience of working in Professional Practice. Your expert knowledge of Xero, MYOB and ability to pick up other accounting IT systems will ensure you can dive into understanding your clients business quickly. Your exceptional communication skills both verbal and written will see you building those long-lasting client relationships easily. Experience mentoring and coaching others and managing work-flow is desirable.
