This engineering company is looking for someone switched on and personable to join them as an Accounts Payable assistant on a contract basis. This role would require you to review, sort and prepare invoices for processing and payment, maintain accurate general ledger accounts, resolve queries, and follow up on outstanding issues in a timely manner. As well as being the main point of contact between the suppliers and the project team. If you have previous accounts payable administration experience and you are keen to join an interesting project within the Wellington region, then this will be an exciting role for you.

- 2 years’ experience in Accounts payable administration
- A positive attitude
- An eye for detail
- Good knowledge of complex systems
