Accounts Payable Administrator Permanent

ABOUT THE ROLE

Construction company based in Penrose seek experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join their busy team. The role reports to the Accounts Payable Team leader and you will be working alongside 2 other Accounts Payable Administrators. The primary focus of the role is processing invoices, reconciliation, building relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders and setting up vendors and customers.
Ideally you are available for an immediately start but will wait for the right candidate.
 
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years Accounts Payable experience
• Experience with high volume processing
• Able to build relationships
• Experience using JD Edwards or similar large ERP
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with electronic purchase order system
